Marisa Dobson

Marisa Dobson was born and raised in Kelowna, located in the lovely Okanagan Valley of British Columbia.  From an early age she had a passion for all types of animals, especially dogs and horses.  Marisa's love for photography was fuelled by many family, friends, events, and pets.  This helped her realize she wanted to help others capture memories with their loved ones and pets forever.  It is those special memories Marisa tries to "snap" one at a time.

Marisa completed her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Marketing at Capilano University in North Vancouver, BC. It was during this time Marisa realized how much she enjoyed photography especially capturing the connection between humans and animals. While her passion lays with animals Marisa has enjoyed doing portrait, couple, maternity and baby shoots. She is continually taking photography courses to better understand new techniques that make every picture unique.

Marisa looks forward to capturing those moments between humans and animals and is excited to meet you!
